We kicked off 2020 with a fantastic project for one of our longstanding customers. Their rapid expansion meant that new office space was required.
The office space in Bognor Regis had an existing mezzanine floor and SCS were tasked with transforming the mezzanine into a usable office space. New plasterboard partition walls were created and a 600x600 suspended ceiling was installed. Armstrong Mezz DL100 tiles were used in the new 24mm grid.
A tape and jointed finish by SCS was applied to the new partition walls. We then mechanically sanded the walls with an extractor to minimise dust. Bespoke viewing windows were created and installed to the new office area, giving a view of the warehouse area below.
Paint was applied with a sprayer for a flawless finish.
Our client could remain fully operational during works.
