This historic shop in North Street, Chichester, required some modernisation before it was let out as a series of pop-up shops.
We supplied and installed a new MF Suspended ceiling with two layers of 15mm soundboard plasterboard. The old lathe and plaster ceiling had now been covered with a perfectly flat surface, ready to be plastered and all the services were concealed.
The use of soundboard plasterboard will help to minimise noise from the shop units to the residential units above.
